Plain Fiddle silver plated flatware cutlery
Plain Fiddle silver plated flatware cutlery
Fiddle Pattern was the dominant flatware pattern of 19th Century Britain. It was by far the most popular pattern from 1810 until 1880.
Although Fiddle is one of the most traditional patterns of cutlery in existence, the striking simplicity of the design makes it a timeless option for any home.
N.B. Individual images show the Baguette pattern for size reference only.
Our Silver Plated cutlery is handmade in a family-owned Sheffield cutlery factory using the finest local materials and silver plated using a generous 20 micron coating of silver. Our Silver Plated collection is available in Flatware or Traditional styles. Sterling Silver is also available. Please get in touch for further information.

Dishwashers & Care Guide
Dishwashers & Care Guide
Fine bone china is one of the toughest ceramic materials on the market with high levels of calcium content.
Each item is dishwasher-safe, and will last for decades if not centuries.
Even items decorated with gold or hand-painted rims can be put in dishwashers. We do recommend using a cold or delicate setting to prevent tarnishing, however, as well as liquid detergent.
The only rule is that our china isn't put in a cupboard for special occasions. It's robust, resilient and ready to party!

Why fine bone china?
Fine bone china has been synonymous with luxury for centuries. With high levels of calcium content it is so thin it is translucent under the light, but also incredibly strong.
We believe it is the best material for tableware.
