Shipping policy

 

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. If you are concerned by anything please give us a call on 07949503164 and we will be happy to provide alternative arrangements.

Additional shipping charges may apply to overseas destinations, remote areas or for large or heavy orders. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Please allow at least one week from the date of you order for delivery. Most standard orders will easily arrive within that time, but bespoke orders will take longer.

When your order is dispatched you will be advised by email.  

We have a fantastic track record of our china arriving in perfect condition, but if there should be any problem, contact us immediately and we will replace any broken or damaged pieces as quickly as possible.
